Base pay range $110,000.00/yr - $146,000.00/yr
As a
Senior Marketing Manager , you will use your passion for healthcare innovation to drive growth, innovation, and brand impact within our airway management division. You will also lead go-to-market strategies, product launches, and commercial execution while partnering closely with sales, service, and cross-functional teams.
Requires working in office (Southern California / El Segundo 1-2 days/week)
What You Will Be Doing
Own and execute marketing strategies to grow revenue and market share.
Lead product and program launches, managing the full lifecycle of the portfolio.
Develop internal and external marketing resources to enhance sales enablement.
Drive market insights through customer engagement and field collaboration.
Evaluate and lead new product opportunities, partnerships, and business cases.
Deliver clear, impactful positioning and messaging aligned with portfolio goals.
Create marketing dashboards, track KPIs, and report performance to leadership.
Partner with cross-functional teams in sales, technical services, regulatory, and more.
Mentor junior teammates and contribute as a key voice in the marketing leadership team.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree
7+ years of medical marketing experience (5+ in a sales‑aligned commercial role)
Strong project management, communication, and analytical skills
Expertise in marketing strategy, market research, and sales forecasting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Nice‑to‑haves
Experience with medical devices, especially in airway management
Background in cross‑functional project management and onboarding 3rd‑party products
