Role Overview The Head of Brand Marketing will lead the evolution of SOFTSWISS’s global brand presence. This role involves developing and executing brand marketing strategies, unifying product narratives, and ensuring impactful communication across all channels and regions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement overall brand marketing strategy for brand and product promotion
Design and execute annual promotion plans across relevant communication channels
Create detailed monthly and campaign-specific communication plans (objectives, key messages, target geographies, KPIs)
Oversee development of creative communication materials (visuals, banners, videos) using internal and external resources
Prepare marketing collateral (presentations, proposals, one-pagers)
Research and analyze competitive landscape and industry trends
Initiate and coordinate marketing research projects
Refine brand and product positioning, including visual identity and style
Prepare monthly reports on marketing activities
Manage and optimize marketing budget for effective resource allocation
Oversee project documentation, workflow, and reporting
Candidate Requirements
10+ years of experience in brand marketing, with strong background in B2B tech, SaaS, or platform businesses
5+ years leading international brand teams
Proven track record in developing global brand strategies and multi-channel campaigns
Ability to position products in competitive markets and craft compelling narratives
Strong analytical and creative skills, with confidence in influencing senior stakeholders
Experience in iGaming, fintech, or regulated industries is a significant advantage
Advanced English and Russian proficiency
