Posted Friday, December 5, 2025 at 7:00 AM For Earth For Life JOB OVERVIEW The Engineering Technical Writer will help maintain updates and corrections for all reference materials for the Engineering team. This position will help develop processes, procedures, and materials that will improve effectiveness and efficiency. This role will be responsible for these materials to ensure proper testing and validation procedures are developed and followed. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Company’s policies, procedures and guidelines: Create installation manuals and ensure that new or revised information is documented, revision controlled, and reviewed by stakeholders before release. Work within Engineering systems to create and maintain technical manuals that are used for training, testing and validation. Assist in and develop processes that will improve effectiveness and efficiency for the department. Create and maintain engineering sites. Create and maintain document templates. Update the Quick Reference Guide with new model additions and supersession parts. Assist in the publications of dealer reference materials. Facilitate department meetings and maintain documentation. Assist in the management of inventory. Support in purchasing of competitive machines. Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS One year of technical writing experience preferred. Willingness to travel 10% of the time. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS Requires sufficient personal mobility and physical reflexes, to permit the employee to function in a general office environment and accomplish tasks and duties as outlined above.
