Senior Interior Designer An award-winning, interdisciplinary design studio is seeking a Senior Interior Designer to lead interior environments from concept through completion. The firm unites architecture, planning, and interiors into cohesive, sustainable spaces — with a portfolio spanning workplace, civic, and cultural projects across the Bay Area. Why this role stands out Own interiors from early vision through construction Mentor and inspire teams in a collaborative, design-forward culture Key responsibilities Define and present interior design direction with project leadership Oversee interiors across all phases: concept, schematic, DD, CD, and CA Present and refine design solutions directly with clients Guide and support junior designers in design and documentation Select sustainable finishes, materials, and furnishings; develop FF&E packages Integrate branding, graphics, and environmental storytelling into interiors What you bring Degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture 10+ years leading interiors on complex workplace or civic projects Proficiency in Revit (Adobe Suite, SketchUp, or Rhino a plus) Strong communication, technical, and materials expertise This is a fully on-site role in San Francisco (no remote or hybrid).
