The annual base salary for this position ranges from $157,600.00 in our lowest geographic market to $332,300.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills and experience.

Who We Are Looking For We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the Multi‑Sport and Training Brand Marketing efforts in New York City. The ideal candidate should have an unrivaled understanding and deep passion for the city's dynamic sports environment, with expertise spanning across Football, Baseball, Tennis, and Golf as well as understanding the training landscape. This candidate should be a consumer‑obsessed marketer, a team‑first collaborator, energy‑giving partner, and brand innovator with an openness to learn.

As part of our New York City Brand Marketing team, the role will report to the NYC Sr. Director of Brand Marketing.

What You Will Work On You will partner with our North America Sports and Training Brand Management teams and NYC marketing functional partners to bring a New York City dimension to Nike Football, Tennis, Baseball, Golf and Training. You will lead key NYC grassroots programming throughout the 5 boroughs to connect, push and inspire our HS teen athlete.

You will work with Geo & City Brand and functional partners to drive a robust plan for NYC and continually build new consumer experiences that accelerate the brand and business growth opportunities internally and externally.

You will champion our NYC consumer, specifically our HS teen athlete and regularly share insights to teams in NA and Global.

Part Of Your Role Will Be The Following

Obsess the New York City HS Sports teen athlete and their needs, consistently delivering experiences that connect with them and their community.

Build and deliver the New York City brand strategy for our multisport offense with a focus on Football, Baseball, Tennis, and Golf.

Lead, manage, and develop your direct report.

Build and deliver Seasonal plans and drive activations against key sports moments such as but not limited to, NFL Kick Off, US Open, Subway Series, Win Reactives.

Develop, plan and execute a grassroots Football strategy for the HS teen athlete, inclusive of Girls Flag.

Build and nurture relationships with the NYC sports leagues, athletes, communities, grassroots partners.

Partner with Nike Sports Marketing to elevate Athlete storytelling and integration into New York City programming and activations.

Support an end‑to‑end insight process, regularliy feeding insights and trends from NYC consumers back up through the organization.

Work cross‑functionally with our NYC Energy and Sportswear team to ensure the intersection of Sport and Sport culture is infused across plans, as well as uncovering cross sport opportunies with Running, Basketball and Soccer.

Track and manage seasonal campaign progress, including recapping and teardowns and having a pulse on the city consumer to feed insights back

What You Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, and training

8+ years of experience in brand marketing or related experience with a deep understanding

Demonstrated genuine passion and deep understanding of sports, culture, fashion, trends and growing the sport across high school teens

Extensive knowledge of the Nike football, tennis and golf athlete portfolio

Digital first mindset with strong initiative and curiosity to cultivate innovation

External facing experience with league and retail partners

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

Ability to balance creativity with organization and discipline in fast moving, ambiguous environment
