Demand Generation Manager – Marketing, automations, CRM

Position summary
We are seeking a skilled Demand Generation Manager to coordinate, and project manage our marketing lead generation efforts. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of B2B / enterprise marketing, digital marketing, experience building end-to-end campaigns, and working cross-functionally with sales teams.
Core Responsibilities
Execute on omni-channel demand generation campaigns from start to finish to drive leads and opportunities
Build cogent data-driven marketing strategies and plans to ensure a consistent volume of opportunities are generate month-over-month
Collaborate cross-functionally with partners in content, events, paid media, web to support new initiatives or optimize existing efforts
Manage relationships with vendors and own a paid media sponsorship calendar to grow lead generation initiatives in this channel
Manage budget and track results to ensure ROI for our initiatives
Help organize and execute on in-person events that drive new customer acquisition
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in marketing and demand generation
Proven track record of executing campaigns end-to-end
Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, Clay (plus)
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Able to analyze data and make decisions based on results
Hiring Manager Notes:
Hybrid schedule — 3 days in office; Must be local to Draper; 6-month contract with possibility of extension; Potential travel: up to 15%; Knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Tableau, and Clay is a plus.
