Requirements and Responsibilities
Own the full business development cycle, including lead generation, product demonstrations, negotiation, and closing deals with supply partners
Manage teams responsible for media buying and publisher partnerships
Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients
Attend up to four industry conferences and events annually across US & Canada
Conduct meetings via Google Hangouts, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and other communication platforms with prospective partners
Apply effective sales techniques to uncover client needs and match them with relevant solutions
Deliver compelling sales and product presentations
Manage negotiation processes primarily through email
Skills
4+ years of experience in programmatic monetization or related ad‑tech fields
Strong understanding of JS tag implementation, VAST, header bidding, and OpenRTB technologies
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Proven track record in business development within a services‑driven environment
Self‑starter with the ability to learn quickly and work autonomously
Demonstrated success in defining and launching high‑quality product
