We are hiring a Head of Brand & Marketing! As the Head of Brand & Marketing at Breeze, you’ll lead the brand and marketing efforts that shape how we show up to the world and support our next phase of growth. You’ll own brand strategy, product marketing, positioning, and go-to-market marketing execution, partnering directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive awareness, adoption, and long-term brand equity.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments, enjoys building from scratch, and has deep experience in technology companies. You’ll help build the foundation of our brand and marketing function as we scale.
What You’ll Do
Own and define Breeze’s brand strategy, positioning, and narrative across all channels
Build brand and marketing foundations from the ground up, including messaging frameworks, processes, and metrics
Lead product marketing efforts, including positioning, launches, and validating product-market fit
Develop and scale social, content, and community channels to grow awareness, engagement, and trust
Partner closely with Product, Sales, and Operations to align marketing with company strategy and growth goals
Drive go-to-market strategy for new products, features, and market expansions
Establish clear KPIs and reporting to measure brand health, pipeline impact, and marketing performance
Act as a strategic advisor to the CEO on brand, market perception, and growth opportunities
Build, hire, and scale a high-performing brand and marketing team over time
Manage agencies, freelancers, and external partners to support execution as the company scales
Support employer branding and thought leadership initiatives as the company grows (nice to have)
What We’re Looking For
10+ years of experience in brand, marketing, or product marketing roles, ideally in tech or fintech
Proven experience building and scaling brands at high-growth or fast-scaling companies
Deep experience with product marketing, positioning, and achieving product-market fit
Strong understanding of social platforms, community-building, and modern digital marketing channels
Experience being the most senior marketing leader at a company, or a direct report to a CMO at larger scale
Experience building or scaling a marketing team in a startup or scale-up environment
Strong strategic thinking paired with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
Excellent storytelling, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
