What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Write, edit, and update online legal resources in corporate law and M&A, ensuring alignment with current legal practices
Develop expertise in corporate and M&A topics and maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments
Collaborate with team members on content planning, resource production, and peer review
Participate in special projects to enhance product development and innovation in legal technology
Assist with marketing initiatives and sales demonstrations for potential clients
What is Required (Qualifications)
Juris Doctor degree and active law license in at least one US jurisdiction
Minimum of eight years’ experience as a corporate and M&A lawyer in a law firm or as in‑house counsel
Significant expertise in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, including experience with M&A agreements
In‑depth knowledge of Delaware General Corporation Law and relevant case law
Strong writing and editing skills with attention to detail and the ability to communicate complex legal concepts clearly
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with AI‑based legal technology tools and interest in expanding skills in this area
Proven ability to foster relationships with legal professionals and industry groups
Previous experience in drafting and negotiating corporate forms and advising senior management
