About the Role Prime Video’s technology teams are creating a best‑in‑class digital video experience. As a Sr Live Solution Architect, you’ll have end‑to‑end ownership of the product, user experience, design, and technology required to deliver state‑of‑the‑art experiences for our customers. You’ll work on fast‑paced, challenging projects, experiment with new possibilities, take risks, and collaborate with remarkable people.
Key Responsibilities
Manage technical integration for live television channels with external and internal technology partners.
Develop strong technical partnerships with live broadcasters, cable networks, live media solution providers, AWS and Prime Video engineering teams.
Design and improve specifications and workflows for acquisition and ingestion of live video content.
Drive innovations in live broadcast at scale on Prime Video.
Represent Prime Video to the wider digital video industry, contributing to working groups and helping to define future live broadcast standards.
Basic Qualifications
8+ years of experience in specific technology domain areas (e.g., software development, cloud computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, security, networking, data & analytics).
3+ years of design, implementation, or consulting experience in applications and infrastructure.
10+ years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries.
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of infrastructure architecture, database architecture and networking experience.
Knowledge of SAP systems (e.g., SAP Business Suite, S/4HANA, SAP Business Warehouse, SAP HANA, SAP Business Objects, etc.) and their architecture and infrastructure needs.
Experience working with end‑user or developer communities.
Experience managing relationships with SAP customers and partners.
Experience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Cloud ERP and Cloud ERP Private.
Experience in SAP clean core design concepts, including design and build using non‑SAP technologies in domains such as Generative / Agentic AI, and data & analytics.

Compensation & Benefits The base pay for this position ranges from $138,200/year in the lowest geographic market up to $239,000/year in the highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company; equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
