Natura Resources LLC Investor Relations and Communications Director Abilene, TX·Full time Natura Resources is seeking an investor relations and communications professional to support corporate storytelling as the company advances the nation’s first liquid‑fueled molten salt reactor (MSR). This role will help shape how Natura engages with investors, policymakers, and industry partners to translate technical and financial progress into clear narratives that build understanding and credibility for the company and help drive investment.

Description The Investor Relations and Communications Director will drive consistency, accuracy, and impact across Natura’s investor and corporate communications. Working closely with the Vice President of Operations & Business Development and Chief Financial Officer, as well as external agencies, this individual will help craft and execute communications that support Natura’s financing and commercialization strategy, stakeholder engagement, and corporate and brand visibility.

The role is ideal for a professional with strong writing and analytical skills who thrives at the intersection of business strategy, communications, and energy innovation.

The individual will support cross‑functional collaboration between finance, communications, and technical teams and contribute to knowledge‑sharing efforts that enhance transparency and discipline in communications.

Key Responsibilities Strategy and Messaging

Execute on Natura’s comprehensive investor relations strategy aligned with corporate goals and funding timelines.

Craft clear, consistent messaging around the company’s technology, business model, market opportunity, and financial performance.

Partner with leadership and communications teams to ensure alignment across financial, regulatory, and public narratives.

Investor Engagement and Financial Communications

Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective investors, analysts, and financial institutions, in partnership with the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations & Business Development.

Coordinate investor meetings, presentations, and conferences.

Track and synthesize investor feedback to inform leadership and refine messaging.

Prepare quarterly or milestone‑based investor updates, one‑pagers, and executive briefing materials.

Support the finance team in developing investor decks and capital‑raise materials.

Oversee preparation of FAQs and Q&A documents for investor interactions.

Monitor peer activity, industry trends, and capital market developments relevant to advanced nuclear and clean energy.

Provide competitive intelligence and insight into investor sentiment and emerging market dynamics.

Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure consistent and compliant disclosures.

Media Relations and External Communications

Manage agency partners to execute the media relations strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Collaborate with agencies on proactive media outreach leveraging existing relationships and strategic opportunities.

Oversee development and distribution of press releases, media statements, and related materials.

Coordinate media training for executives and subject matter experts to ensure consistent messaging and preparedness.

Executive Visibility and Thought Leadership

Manage agency partners to implement a visibility strategy for the executive leadership team, including securing speaking engagements and industry panel participation.

Help prepare executives for events through briefing materials, talking points, and on‑site support as needed.

Digital and Brand Management

Oversee execution of website strategy through agency partners, including technical updates, content development, and performance optimization.

Manage day‑to‑day creative agency relationships to ensure brand consistency across all visual and written assets.

Execute branding initiatives and ensure adherence to brand guidelines across all communication channels.

Strategic Collaboration

Work with company partners to align narrative, branding, and outreach.

Identify proactive thought leadership and visibility opportunities to elevate Natura’s profile in the advanced nuclear sector.

Track stakeholder engagement activities to ensure timely follow‑up and strategic alignment.

Qualifications

7–12 years of experience in investor relations, corporate communications, or financial public affairs (energy or technology sectors preferred).

Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related field.

Graduate degree or professional certification (CFA, MBA, or equivalent) preferred.

Strong writing, editing, and message development skills.

Proven ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across internal and external teams.

Understanding of capital markets, stakeholder engagement, and communications best practices.

Experience supporting early‑stage or growth companies through capital raises or strategic partnerships.

Familiarity with financial disclosure or investor materials.

Expertise in Microsoft Suite including Excel and Powerpoint.
