Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of promotional strategies for HCPs to support the launch and ongoing promotion of oncology products, with a focus on NSCLC Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers, payers, and advocacy groups Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the oncology space Develop and implement educational programs for HCPs to enhance their understanding of the product and its benefits Collaborate with the sales team to provide promotional support and ensure alignment with sales strategies Manage promotional budgets to ensure efficient use of resources and maximize impact Establish and track performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities and make data-driven adjustments Travel as needed to support business priorities and engage with key stakeholders Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree a plus Minimum of 10+ years of trade and specialty distribution experience Proven experience with buy and bill products and successful commercial launches (minimum of 2 successful launches) In-depth knowledge of U.S. oncology healthcare segments and 3PL/specialty distributor landscape experience preferred Successful record of achieving and maintaining compliance with regulatory, legal, and operational rules Ability to travel to support business priorities Prior pharma launch experience Experience in designing end-to-end customer experiences across digital, media, and customer support ecosystems
