In this role, you will focus on the following: Provide hands‑on technical leadership , driving key strategic decisions, roadmaps , and architectural developments for mixed‑signal designs across global teams Collaborate with IC designers and system engineers to develop high‑performance analog and mixed‑signal circuits for next‑generation products Recruit, mentor, and develop top engineering talent , fostering a high‑performance culture Drive collaboration with support teams (CAD, technology, and digital) to enhance productivity across the organization Qualifications Extensive technical expertise in data converters, with hands‑on IC tape‑out and productization experience Strong ability to translate high‑level specifications into block‑level design requirements Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proven experience providing customer‑facing support throughout product development and release‑to‑production phases BS in Electrical Engineering or related +13 years of experience, or MS +11 years of experience, or Ph.D. +8 years of experience Compensation and Benefits MaxLinear has a Total Compensation philosophy which includes base salary and annual discretionary bonus eligibility and many positions also include stock‑based compensation.
