Role Description This is a full‑time role for a Marketing Specialist located in McLean, VA (hybrid/remote flexibility). This is not a “post content and hope” position—you'll build and own the marketing function at a company solving real problems with AI and Data Science. Responsibilities include conducting market research that drives business decisions, executing campaigns that generate pipeline (we measure leads, not likes), and creating sales enablement materials such as case studies, battle cards, and proposals. You'll own brand messaging across all touchpoints, support client communication, and build multi‑channel strategies across LinkedIn, email, content, and events. You'll work directly with leadership and see your ideas hit the market in days, not quarters.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
2+ years of B2B marketing experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in marketing tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Google Analytics, or similar)
Ability to tie marketing activities to business outcomes—not vanity metrics
Experience managing multiple projects and hitting deadlines
Self‑starter who thrives without hand‑holding
Bonus: Experience marketing to government contractors or federal agencies
Bonus: Familiarity with AI/ML, data analytics, or tech services
