We are seeking an
Associate Director of Consumer Omnichannel Marketing
to support a specialty pharmaceutical franchise in driving consumer engagement and activation across the patient journey. Reporting to senior marketing leadership, this role leads consumer media, CRM, and analytics initiatives, working cross-functionally to optimize omnichannel performance and ensure strategic alignment.
Base pay range:
$80.00/hr - $100.00/hr
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the consumer engagement and omnichannel strategy.
Lead media planning, CRM programs, and performance measurement.
Manage creative needs, analytics frameworks, and quarterly business reviews.
Collaborate with brand, agency, and cross-functional partners to deliver integrated plans.
Oversee agency performance and manage budgets with strong financial discipline.
Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
7+ years of U.S. pharmaceutical commercial experience with strong omnichannel expertise.
Proven success in consumer strategy, patient activation, and working with cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
Demonstrated leadership and progression in commercial roles.
Additional Information
Up to 20% domestic travel required.
Frequent use of standard office technology; occasional work outside normal business hours.
