Job Description
Associate Manager, Social Marketing & Strategy supports social content and strategy for a leading beverage brand portfolio, helping bring vibrant, lifestyle-driven creative to life across platforms. The ideal candidate is deeply immersed in social culture, understands what makes content engaging, and stays ahead of platform trends. This role also offers strong growth opportunities, working closely with a world-class Social Media Manager and collaborating directly with clients and creative teams.
Responsibilities
Support social content management, ideation, and day to day publishing
Manage and maintain the cross-platform content calendar
Identify daily and weekly reactive moments that align with brand identity
Engage as the brand across social platforms through on-page community management and off-page participation in relevant conversations and creator content
Publish content accurately, ensuring all assets meet platform-specific requirements for Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok
Pull social performance data and develop weekly insights and reporting for internal teams and clients
Collaborate with creative teams to develop social-first, platform-relevant content
Translate platform insights into clear learnings and actionable recommendations for internal teams and clients
Qualifications
0–2 years of agency or brand-side experience
Hands‑on community engagement experience and comfort digging into consumer insights
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel (formulas, pivot tables, KPI reporting)
Strong understanding of major social platforms, emerging trends, and how communities behave
Ability to organize and manage a content calendar with accuracy
Good judgment in recognizing when to elevate or engage on social
Understanding of what makes creative effective for social and how to elevate content

Employees who live within a commutable distance of one of our hub offices, currently located in Chicago, metro Detroit, Los Angeles, and New York City, are required and expected to work from the office three days per week (two days per week for employees based in Los Angeles). Those who live outside a commutable range may be designated as remote, depending on the role and business needs. The annual salary range for this position is $45,000–$72,450.
