Opportunity As a

Content Marketer Supervising Associate

within the BMC function, you will play a key role in building brand awareness and consideration of our EY-Parthenon business. You will support the Transformative Strategy Pillar by directing marketing strategy and initiatives for select EYP priorities, solutions and sectors.

Key Responsibilities

Support the Senior Content Marketers to meet brand and go‑to‑market objectives.

Support development and execution of annual marketing plans for specific solution and sector offerings.

Drive the creation, implementation and evaluation of a wide range of marketing activities.

Support development and distribution of thought leadership, paid media, event development, media relations, social media, demand generation and email marketing.

Contribute to planning, content development and onsite execution of select industry sponsorships, proprietary client events, and internal training.

Collaborate with sector, practice, industry and other firm leaders to develop market‑facing initiatives that help drive EY’s overall strategy.

Skills and Attributes for Success

Support senior content marketers and work with Americas SaT leaders and sector leaders to create solution‑focused campaigns.

Align with the Global SaT Marketing team and Americas Sector Marketing teams.

Work closely with senior subject matter experts to create impactful content and manage distribution.

Adept at implementing campaigns and managing multiple concurrent marketing initiatives.

Exceptional writing skills.

Ability to engage and collaborate with team members and senior stakeholders.

Track effectiveness of overall marketing campaigns and provide measurement reports.

Ability to thrive in a highly matrixed, evolving organization across the country.

Leverage marketing automation and lead management.

Proactively engage BMC specialty groups.

Qualifications

5 to 7 years of marketing experience; Health industry and/or professional services experience preferred.

Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven track record of success in a large, global, highly‑matrixed enterprise.

Solid understanding of go‑to‑market and sales processes.

Ability to work independently and in virtual teams.

Strong project management skills.

Availability to work at an EY office 2–3 days per week.

Proven talent at building relationships and influencing without authority.

Ideal Additional Experience

Ability to interface with senior leaders and decision makers across diverse stakeholders.

Experience in a fast‑paced environment with efficient time management.

Adherence to internal reporting requirements and risk management protocols.

Proactive sharing of marketing insights.

What We Offer

Comprehensive compensation and benefits package; base salary range $72,100 to $134,900 in U.S.; additional benefits include medical, dental, pension, 401(k), paid time off.

Hybrid model with expectation of 40-60% onsite for external client‑serving roles.
