Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr

Who We Are Solid State is one of the West Coast’s fastest-growing marketing and PR agencies - representing 40+ restaurants, nightlife concepts, and lifestyle brands from SoCal to Boise to Tokyo Japan.

We’re expanding our leadership team and looking for a strategic Operations Manager who can lead key accounts, manage and develop our team, and continuously improve internal systems as we scale. This role sits at the intersection of client leadership, team execution, and operational excellence.

What You’ll Do

Own and lead select flagship hospitality and lifestyle accounts, serving as the primary client point of contact

Oversee execution across social media, PR, influencer, and creative campaigns

Manage timelines, priorities, and deliverables across multiple teams and clients

Review, refine, and approve client-facing deliverables before release

Track performance metrics and reporting to ensure accountability and results

Build, optimize, and document internal workflows, systems, and processes

Support leadership with onboarding, internal communication, and scaling initiatives

Mentor and manage account managers, creatives, and contractors

Act as a bridge between strategy, execution, and operations to keep accounts running smoothly

You Are

A confident, polished communicator who can lead client conversations and manage expectations

A strong operator who thrives on structure, organization, and follow-through

Comfortable balancing creative strategy with operational discipline

Experienced in managing multiple brands or accounts simultaneously

Calm under pressure, proactive, and solutions-oriented

Naturally inclined to lead, coach, and hold teams accountable

Requirements

5+ years of experience in marketing, PR, or creative agency environments

Proven experience managing people, accounts, and cross-functional projects

Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and influencer programs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with tools such as Asana, Slack, Loomly, Google Workspace (or similar)

Hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brand experience strongly preferred
