Marketing & Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities
Manage marketing budget and allocate resources effectively. Develop and execute local marketing strategies. Create the marketing calendar and lead brand campaigns. Lead digital and social media strategy, producing engaging content and reporting performance. Maintain all social channels to ensure consistent output and strong community engagement. Collaborate with operations to design, launch, track, and report digital marketing campaigns. Lead CRM activities and coordinate email marketing—including campaign setup, A/B testing, segmentation, and performance analysis. Oversee ongoing website updates and manage third‑party digital platforms. Collaborate with operational teams to deliver and support marketing initiatives. Coordinate with external vendors and media partners to drive coverage and brand visibility. Oversee key events and brand activations, ensuring effective execution and ROI tracking. Report on campaign activities and provide recommendations. Qualifications
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in marketing within hospitality or luxury lifestyle brands. Strong understanding of premium brand positioning and customer engagement. Proven experience executing local marketing strategies. Excellent project management and organizational skills, managing multiple markets simultaneously. Confident communicator and relationship builder across diverse teams and cultures. Experience working across different markets and knowledge of local media landscapes. Skills
Strong interpersonal skills. Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and other digital creative platforms. Digital marketing certifications (Google, Social Media). Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint). Seniority Level
