Light My Mind

is partnering with a global personal development organization in search of a strategic and dynamic Digital Marketing Director. In this leadership role, you will drive growth across a portfolio of transformational programs, building partnerships, opening new markets, and helping more people access powerful personal development experiences.

Lead the end-to-end digital growth engine for a mission-driven personal development brand, building awareness, trust, and measurable impact across programs, courses, retreats, and communities. Partner with founders, product, and enrollment teams to turn purpose-led messaging into scalable acquisition and retention.

You will identify, negotiate, and close new business opportunities while shaping innovative marketing and go-to-market strategies. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional who is passionate about human potential and eager to grow both the business and themselves.

Key responsibilities

Own full-funnel strategy for personal development offerings (free workshops, lead magnets, webinars, courses, coaching, retreats), optimizing for CPA, LTV, and show-up/completion rates.

Architect an evergreen content and community engine across social, podcast, YouTube, blog, and newsletters that elevates thought leadership while driving qualified demand.

Build a lifecycle marketing system that nurtures prospects from curiosity to commitment through value-led education, assessments, micro-transformations, and success stories.

Lead performance marketing across Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn, including webinar funnels, VSLs, waitlists, and cohort launches.

Translate brand promise into clear value propositions for personas such as high-achieving professionals, founders, coaches-in-training, and corporate buyers.

Develop partnerships and affiliate programs with creators, facilitators, and aligned communities to expand reach and credibility.

Implement robust analytics across CRM and marketing automation to track outcomes such as lead-to-enrollment, cohort attendance, NPS, referrals, and renewals.

Safeguard ethical marketing practices, claims integrity, and student privacy while showcasing authentic client transformations.

Manage cross-functional creative, community, and enrollment teams; brief agencies and freelancers; own the digital budget and forecasting.

Monitor trends in well-being, mindfulness, leadership, and peak performance to inform content, offers, and positioning.

Qualifications & experience

Big-picture thinker with ambitious goals and a strong track record in marketing, sales and/or business development.

Highly organized, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously in a remote environment.

Entrepreneurial and self-directed, with the ability to spot opportunities and turn ideas into actionable plans.

Deep passion for personal development and engaging people in their own growth journey.

Creative mindset, open to continuous learning, experimentation, and innovation.

Strong facilitation and coaching skills, with experience guiding leadership or personal development journeys.

Excellent communication and emotional intelligence, able to create safe, inspiring spaces for diverse participants.
