The Delmar Gardens Family is seeking an experienced leader to direct companywide advertising, marketing and business development for our full spectrum of senior healthcare services.

The Director manages all digital, print, broadcast and in-person marketing efforts and oversees the website, and social media engagement to include monitoring and addressing online comments. This role also leads census development strategies to meet budgeted goals while supporting admissions and marketing staff company-wide.

Qualifications include but not limited to:

• Strong communication, writing and editing skills
• 5 years of marketing leadership (healthcare or multi-site a plus)
• Knowledge of traditional and digital advertising strategies
• Experience with occupancy initiatives and CRM systems
• Ability to manage marketing budgets
