Recruitment Social Marketing & Employer Brand Lead (ABA Therapy)
This role is to drive strategy and be the face of a brand for a highly successful and rapidly growing ABA therapy provider, serving children with autism.
Overview
The Recruitment Social Marketing & Employer Brand Lead owns the strategy and day‑to‑day execution of how the organization attracts, engages, and converts talent through digital channels. Reporting to senior marketing leadership, this role is accountable for building a compelling employer brand and a scalable recruitment marketing engine that consistently supports frontline and clinical hiring needs.
This is a highly hands‑on position for a creative operator who thrives at the intersection of content creation, social media, and talent growth. The focus is on visibility, credibility, and pipeline — not just content for content’s sake. Must be comfortable being the face of the brand, on camera.
Reporting Structure Reports to the Director of Marketing.
Schedule and Location Full time, mainly in-person from our Brooklyn office. Some remote work ok.
Key Responsibilities Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand Ownership
Own the employer brand across job boards, professional networks, and talent platforms, ensuring consistency, clarity, and differentiation.
Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns that drive awareness and applications for frontline and clinical roles across multiple regions.
Partner closely with recruiting and operations leaders to align messaging with current hiring priorities and workforce goals.
Translate hiring needs into targeted, conversion‑focused campaigns.
Develop and publish high‑impact written and video content that educates, engages, and attracts prospective candidates.
Use performance data, SEO insights, and audience behavior to guide content topics and distribution strategy.
Create short‑form and long‑form content for LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and emerging platforms that highlights culture, growth opportunities, and mission‑driven work.
Ensure content balances brand voice, authenticity, and candidate relevance
Social Media & Digital Presence
Own recruitment‑focused social media strategy, content calendars, and posting cadence.
Stay current on platform trends, formats, and cultural moments to drive reach and engagement.
Build and scale a strong presence on visual and video‑first platforms.
Appear on camera or provide voice narration for short‑form video content when appropriate.
Collaborate with marketing leadership on broader brand campaigns that showcase people, impact, and organizational growth.
Projects, Measurement & Optimization
Lead initiatives such as employee advocacy programs, ambassador efforts, and localized digital outreach.
Build relationships with current team members to surface authentic stories and experiences.
Track campaign performance, analyze results, and continuously refine strategy based on data.
Report insights and outcomes to internal stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience & Skill Set
Proven experience owning recruitment marketing, employer branding, or content initiatives tied to hiring outcomes.
Demonstrated success creating engaging written and video content across platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate both brand positioning and human experience.
Comfort operating independently while collaborating cross‑functionally.
Passion for mission‑driven work that creates meaningful impact.
