Visit

Build lasting referral relationships
Promote our ABA therapy services in the community
Help families access the care they need
About Us Precious Care ABA provides high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism. We are seeking a motivated and professional
Community Outreach & Marketing Representative
to build and maintain strong referral relationships with pediatricians, developmental specialists, daycares, schools, and other community partners.
What We Offer
$50K–$65K base salary + performance bonuses
Mileage reimbursement & travel expenses

Training and support (no ABA experience required!)
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, professional, and outgoing personality
Experience in
healthcare outreach, pharma/medical sales, or marketing
(preferred)
Strong communication & relationship-building skills
Reliable transportation for travel across NJ
Location:
Travel throughout Hudson County
Requirements Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred (Marketing, Communications, Healthcare, or related field) OR equivalent work experience.
1–3 years of experience in healthcare outreach, pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or community relations (preferred but not required).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable presenting to professionals.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel throughout NJ.
Benefits Compensation & Benefits
Base salary:
$50,000 – $65,000/year
(depending on experience).
Performance incentives/bonuses based on referral growth and activity.
Mileage reimbursement / travel expense coverage.
