Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in the Omaha Metropolitan Area for a Director of Sales and Marketing. The Director will oversee all sales and marketing operations for the hotel, develop and implement strategic sales plans, and manage relationships with key clients and partners. Additional responsibilities include leading the sales team, analyzing market trends, ensuring outstanding customer service, and collaborating with other departments to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Sales and Sales Operations, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Demonstrated expertise in Customer Service and Business Development to build and maintain client relationships
• Leadership abilities and experience in Team Management to develop and lead a high-performing sales team
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field preferred
• Prior experience in hotel sales and familiarity with the hospitality industry is advantageous
