Founding Full-Stack Product Designer
to lead design from the ground up. This role involves defining core product experiences in a 0→1 environment, working closely with founders and cross‑functional partners to build scalable, research‑driven products used by enterprise customers. The designer will own the full design lifecycle, from early UX exploration through polished UI, while balancing speed, quality, and iteration in a fast‑moving environment.
What you will do
Own end‑to‑end product design, from user flows and interaction models to high‑quality UI execution
Partner directly with founders to shape product direction, design strategy, and priorities
Translate customer, research, and business needs into clear, effective product solutions
Work closely with product, engineering, research, and data teams on a daily basis
Establish and evolve design systems, patterns, and processes that scale with the product
Use qualitative and quantitative inputs to inform design decisions and tradeoffs
Move quickly, delivering work in days or weeks rather than months
What we’re looking for
7+ years
of product design experience, with exposure to startups or fast‑paced environments
Demonstrated
ownership of 0→1
or early‑stage product work
Senior‑level
product thinking with strong UX and UI craft
Experience working with user research, analytics, or AI‑driven products
Ability to support design decisions using data and insights (e.g. analytics or experimentation tools)
Proven experience creating and maintaining design systems
Clear, concise communication skills and comfort explaining tradeoffs to diverse stakeholders
Prior
founding or early‑stage
designer experience
Background designing
enterprise, B2B, or research‑heavy products
Experience wearing multiple hats across product, design, and strategy
Work location
4 days per week in‑office with flexibility for 1 remote day
