About the Role As a Marketing Account Director you'll act as the primary liaison between our clients and our internal teams. Your mission is to translate client goals into strategic marketing campaigns, leading cross‑functional teams across copy, design, digital, and more. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, tactical execution, and exceptional relationship management.

You’ll work with clients in the healthcare B2B space, including medical device companies, healthcare IT firms, and medical service providers. It’s fast‑paced, rewarding, and packed with opportunities to create real impact.

About You You're a B2B marketing rockstar who thrives on building lasting client relationships and delivering high‑impact marketing results. You’re proactive, strategic, and equally at home with creative brainstorming or detailed project planning. You juggle multiple projects like a pro and can confidently guide clients through the dynamic world of digital marketing, especially in healthcare.

Responsibilities

Lead client relationships with strategic insight, guiding conversations, setting expectations, and building trust across all levels of the organization.

Translate client goals into actionable marketing strategies and detailed project briefs for internal teams.

Coordinate cross‑functional teams (copywriting, design, web, digital) to ensure seamless campaign execution.

Manage multiple accounts simultaneously, balancing scope, timeline, and client satisfaction.

Identify opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling marketing services to drive client success and agency growth.

Ensure high‑quality output and alignment with brand, messaging, and client KPIs.

Proactively communicate with clients to keep them informed and engaged throughout every phase of a campaign.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in B2B marketing account management, preferably in an agency setting.

Demonstrated ability to lead cross‑functional marketing teams and deliver results.

Strong understanding of marketing disciplines such as email marketing, content, web, SEO, social media, and digital advertising.

Experience working directly with clients at all levels, including senior leadership.

Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

Self‑motivated with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, remote‑first environment.

Ability to write and deliver clear, actionable project briefs.

Experience in healthcare marketing.

Comfortable using tools like Slack, Asana, Google Workspace, and marketing platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.).

Tech requirement: Must have your own laptop (BYOL).
