About the Opportunity We are seeking a visionary

Vice President of Product Marketing

to lead the strategic evolution of our product marketing function. This role will drive the transition from services‑based offerings to a unified, scalable platform model, while accelerating revenue growth, expanding market reach, and positioning Machinify as a thought leader in AI for healthcare.

Key Responsibilities Platform Transformation Leadership

Spearhead the shift to a platform‑centric model, aligning product, engineering, and GTM teams.

Define and execute platform‑level messaging and positioning to support Machinify’s tech‑first evolution.

Build a scalable product marketing function to support high‑growth targets.

Revenue Acceleration & Market Expansion

Develop vertical‑specific GTM strategies and expand into new payer segments.

Partner with Sales and Finance to build predictive models for upsell/cross‑sell and optimize pricing strategies.

Refine packaging and pricing to support revenue growth initiatives.

AI Thought Leadership

Position Machinify as a thought leader by supporting speaking engagements, PR initiatives, etc.

Ensure Machinify is properly represented at industry events, webinars, and media engagements.

Collaborate with Product and Data Science to translate complex AI innovations into compelling narratives.

Customer Intelligence & Lifecycle Marketing

Build a robust customer intelligence framework integrating feedback from client success, support, and analytics.

Launch lifecycle marketing programs to increase retention and customer lifetime value.

Develop customer personas and journey maps to enhance engagement.

Operational Excellence & Scalability

Establish scalable processes for product launch readiness, including playbooks, enablement kits, and dashboards.

Implement agile marketing operations to support rapid iteration and responsiveness to market shifts.

Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Align closely with Product, Sales, Engineering, and Customer Success to ensure cohesive messaging and execution.

Lead workshops and training sessions to empower internal teams with product knowledge and positioning.

Team Development & Culture Building

Recruit, mentor, and grow a high‑performing product marketing team with deep healthcare and AI expertise.

Foster a culture of experimentation, data‑driven decision‑making, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications Education

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Healthcare, or a related field.

MBA or advanced degree preferred.

Experience

Minimum of 7–10 years of experience in product marketing, preferably within the healthcare technology sector or related industries.

Proven track record in building and leading product marketing teams, particularly in high‑growth environments.

Experience in transitioning organizations from services‑based offerings to platform‑centric models.

Strong capability to analyze market data and customer insights to inform product positioning and marketing strategies.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with AI technologies and their applications in healthcare is highly desirable. Understanding of product management principles and agile methodologies.

Pay Range $180,000 – $225,000 USD
