We are currently seeking an experienced, highly-motivated Community Manager for a 395-unit residential apartment community located in Baltimore, MD (Meadow Lane Apartments). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, financial reporting, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the community and ensure its overall success
- Maintain property standards
- Deliver stellar customer service
- Tenant relations
- Leasing and marketing
- Oversight of maintenance and inspections
- Compliance and regulations
- Budgeting/ Financial Reporting
- Team leadership and training
- Increase occupancy, decrease delinquency
- Supervise office/leasing team
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in residential property management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to multitask
- Professional appearance
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer literacy
- Proficiency in Excel, Word and Yardi
- Some weekend work
