**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by following security-related procedures and site-specific policies.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the premises and surrounding areas to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
  • Monitor access points and observe for any unusual activity within the location.
  • Communicate clearly with team members and site management regarding security-related matters and observations.
  • Assist with emergency response activities as needed, following established protocols and instructions from Allied Universal leadership.
  • Document incidents, observations, and actions taken during patrols and/or emergency situations according to company standards.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • At least one year of security-related experience is required.
  • A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • A guard card or license is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
