**What You'll Do:**
  • Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, as well as responding to emergency situations when appropriate.
  • Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment for people and property at the location.
  • Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and its perimeter, including both indoor and outdoor areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
  • Monitor entrances, exits, and other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and support site security-related protocols.
  • Document observations, incidents, and activities in daily reports as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and/or site personnel to provide assistance and relay important information as needed.
  • Follow all Allied Universal and site-specific procedures, policies, and instructions to maintain a secure environment in a technology-focused setting.
**Minimum Requirements:**
  • Must have at least 1 year of security-related experience.
  • Client requires proof of high school diploma or GED.
  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Access control or badge experience is preferred.
  • Alarm panel experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
