Role Overview
The Associate, Partner Marketing will play an integral role in the continued success and development of the company’s global partner program, PartnerLink, by supporting the Manager, Partner Marketing in creating, updating, and managing TransPerfect’s listings on our technology partners’ websites, app marketplace listings, and TransPerfect’s own dedicated technology partner pages, and by collaborating with our technology partners to create joint-marketing content such as white papers, blog posts, customer testimonial videos, webcasts, social media posts, and more.
Key Responsibilities
Managing Partner Websites and Marketplace Listings
- Ensure both TransPerfect’s and our partners’ branding, copy, features/benefits, and marketing assets are fully up-to-date across all partner websites and marketplace listings
- Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits, and competitive advantages of TransPerfect’s technology offerings and integrations
- Track and report quarterly on marketing qualified leads generated from our partner websites and marketplace listings
Joint-Marketing & Thought Leadership Content
- In coordination with the Manager, Partner Marketing, work with TransPerfect’s technology partners to identify and execute joint-marketing initiatives such as white papers, blog posts, customer testimonial videos, webcasts, social media posts, speaking sessions at partner events, and more
- Track and report quarterly on marketing qualified leads generated from all joint-marketing assets and activities
Lead Tracking, Evaluation, and Assignment
- Check inbound leads against our customer database, CRM, and LinkedIn to determine which account manager should be assigned to the opportunity
- Track all leads from initial engagement to opportunity creation in our CRM to technology demo ticket, ensuring all opportunities are being actioned by our sales team in a timely manner
Support other partner marketing activities as requested by the Manager, Partner Marketing, including supporting and attending partner events (<5% travel).
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) from a 4‑year university or college, preferably in marketing or communication
- Superior copywriting, content development, and written/verbal communication skills
- Strong project management, organization, and time management skills
- Creative, self-driven, and passionate about storytelling in the global technology industry
