Position Summary
Our Customer Marketing, Accountant Channel team is looking to add a Senior Growth Marketing Manager (Contractor) who is highly organized and eager to manage customer growth campaigns and field event marketing. You will have a keen eye for detail, a passion for optimization, and an analytical mindset to drive data‑driven change, making a meaningful impact on the growth of an already successful SaaS business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and deploy a variety of multi‑channel campaigns and targeted programs designed to increase customer product adoption, drive expansion, and improve retention within our active customer base.
- Manage and execute the pre‑defined strategy for customer field events, lead coordination with the customer sales team, and oversee logistics and event execution.
- Work cross‑functionally to drive and execute program logistics—including copy, design, lead flows, website landing pages, and lead routing.
- Report on program performance and analyze data to provide recommendations for optimizing campaigns and improving lead quality using tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, and marketing automation systems.
- Manage lead flow of leads that enter through your program channels, ensuring accurate routing and campaign attribution.
- Collaborate with management to determine budgets, set goals, define ROI metrics, and develop strategies.
Qualifications
- 5–7 years managing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns and customer communications.
- Experience with email campaigns, promotions, and operational support.
- 1–2 years of experience (or knowledge) in field marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills with a bias toward data‑based decision making.
- Excellent project management, organization, and time‑management skills.
- Willingness to assist others on different projects and campaign needs.
- Proactive communication skills to raise key learnings and ideas for program improvement.
- Experience working cross‑functionally between creative, sales, product, and leadership teams.
- Detail‑oriented and highly organized.
Schedule and Location
Hybrid schedule: 3 days in office (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday). Position preferred to remain local to San Jose, CA.
