Develop an integrative marketing strategy to reach and engage C‑suite and decision makers across enterprise accounts through bespoke, 1‑to‑1, and 1‑to‑few Account‑Based Marketing campaigns and initiatives. Lead Executive Engagement initiatives such as Customer Advisory Boards, Executive Briefings, and Executive Dinners. Own planning and execution of bespoke marketing channels like Webinars, Direct Mail, Sponsorships, and third‑party events across client, trade, and association publications. Manage relationships with internal Marketing, Sales, Sales Enablement, Product stakeholders, and external media agencies and partners. Drive robust and detailed measurement and reporting processes. The Sr. Field Marketing Manager is the conduit between Sales and broader Marketing teams. They dive deep with Sales to understand key business priorities, work hand‑in‑hand with extended marketing teams such as digital, content, and channel marketing teams to create and then execute an integrated marketing plan that supports those priorities. They act as the single point of contact for all of Marketing, driving visibility of upcoming initiatives to Sales, and reporting back campaign impact. About the Team
6+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience. Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements. Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables). Experience building, executing, and scaling cross‑functional marketing programs. Experience communicating results to senior leadership. Experience creating and executing integrated marketing lead‑generation campaigns using tactics that include live or virtual events, webinars, email, lead nurture programs, and CRM/sales insights. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $112,800/year in our lowest geographic market up to $186,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign‑on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
