Job Summary This is a strategic leadership opportunity to shape customer acquisition and engagement for a global streaming entertainment platform across international markets. You will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive paid search strategies that connect diverse audiences with premium content while managing substantial advertising investments. This position combines strategic thinking with hands‑on campaign management, requiring you to optimize performance across multiple countries and languages while collaborating with cross‑functional teams to support major content launches, subscription offerings, and product initiatives. You will serve as the primary driver of paid search excellence, translating complex data into actionable insights that fuel international growth and expansion.

Responsibilities

Manage paid search strategy and campaign execution across international expansion markets

Drive budget optimization and efficiency across significant advertising investments

Derive critical insights from data and synthesize recommendations to improve campaign performance

Develop innovative strategies to drive performance and customer acquisition

Execute projects with strong bias for action while maintaining exceptional attention to detail

Manage competing priorities and make strategic trade‑off decisions

Communicate complex issues and dependencies to business partners and senior leadership

Contribute to experimentation roadmaps and go‑to‑market plans

Lead paid search planning for major tentpoles, marketplace expansions, and promotional events

Manage budgets and performance targets across multiple markets

Deliver regular performance analysis and insights to stakeholders

Serve as primary point of contact for agency partners and search platform vendors

Coordinate cross‑functional partnerships across business intelligence, business teams, marketing, and finance

Support search engine optimization improvement projects

Collaborate with external agencies, vendors, and internal partners to achieve objectives

Skills

Strategic paid search campaign development and execution

Large‑scale budget management and optimization

Advanced data analysis and performance measurement

Cross‑functional program building and scaling

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and analysis

Senior leadership presentation and communication

Multi‑market campaign management across countries and languages

A/B testing and marketing measurement methodologies including ROI, lifetime value, and incrementality analysis

Paid search management platform expertise

Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, dynamic environments

Search engine optimization knowledge

Experience

6+ years of digital marketing experience

At least 4 years in paid search with both strategic and hands‑on responsibilities

Experience managing large‑scale paid advertising budgets exceeding $1M annually across platforms such as Google, Bing, Gemini, Facebook, Apple Search, and Amazon Ads

Experience managing SEM campaigns across multiple countries and languages

Media, entertainment industry, or subscription services experience preferred

Qualifications

Google Ads Certification preferred

Experience using paid search management tools such as Google Ads Editor, Microsoft Ads Editor, Acquisio, Skai, Marin Software, Quantic Minds, or SA360

Additional Details

Location: Seattle, WA

Duration: 6 months

Pay Range*: $50 - $55 per hour

Weekly Schedule: 40 hours

Job Status: Non‑Exempt
