What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Own the execution and delivery of new and/or enhanced products, services, and processes within the Health and Benefits line of business
Develop and execute product strategies that provide customer value and grow the employer's leadership position in the marketplace
Collaborate effectively across engineering and product teams to prioritize and deliver features within an agile framework
Analyze data, identify trends, and use insights to inform product strategy and measure performance
Facilitate sprint activities and actively participate in writing user stories, planning, refinement, and demos
What is Required (Qualifications):
Minimum of 5 years of Product Management experience within employee benefits, healthcare, insurance, or enterprise content management systems
Proven history of delivering products on API-driven architectures (REST/GraphQL, content delivery, webhooks, and integrations)
Deep familiarity with Agile methodologies and effective collaboration across teams
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on driving results
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical constraints into business impacts
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Undergraduate degree
Direct experience building/managing a modern headless Content Management System (CMS)
History of working with platform and infrastructure teams for scalable, composable, and event-driven systems
