Senior Associate, Customer Marketing - Card Partnerships (Hybrid)
The Senior Associate, Customer Marketing will be an integral part of our Card Partnerships Marketing team, reporting to the Customer Marketing team lead. They will serve as a catalyst for driving customer engagement and retention through targeted, personalized marketing campaigns across owned channels, with a focus on email marketing.
Responsibilities
Lead the execution of customer marketing campaigns, with an emphasis on email marketing programs.
Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to build and launch marketing intent, including Creative, Segmentation, Analytics, Legal, Operations, Product, Tech and client through various channels and other internal platforms.
Drive and execute marketing strategies for new, innovative multi‑channel campaigns across owned channels.
Leverage insights & performance results to identify opportunities to optimize marketing programs via creative testing or adopting new marketing technologies.
Write clear and concise creative briefs, test documents, test plans and strategies, driving continued performance and optimization against KPIs across channels.
Merchandize and socialize marketing & business results with broader stakeholder groups across the Partnerships, Card, and Enterprise through data‑backed storytelling.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
At least 2 years of experience in marketing or project management
At least 2 years experience in planning, executing and analyzing marketing programs
At least 2 years of experience managing creative processes, partnering with creative teams and developing creative optimization frameworks
Preferred Qualifications
At least 2 years in the financial services industry
At least 2 years in the retail, telecom, or travel industry
1+ year of experience in cross marketing
Experience with omnichannel product marketing campaign planning
Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
