Job Description Renewal by Andersen (RbA) invites Design Consultants to join our winning team in the Los Angeles market. The sales class begins on February 9 2026. In this role you will deliver a world‑class homeowner experience through in‑home sales consultations lasting about 90 minutes, conducting 8–12 appointments weekly and showcasing our exclusive product and installation process. Success requires emotional intelligence, active listening, and the ability to recommend and close solutions that meet customer needs.

Position Responsibilities

Conduct in‑home sales consultations, leveraging an iPad and augmented reality to design and build window and door replacement solutions.

Follow established renewal sales and measurement processes through to completion, submitting necessary contracts and paperwork for each project.

Drive personal vehicle and sit for long periods of time, traveling 1,800–2,500 miles per month to and from in‑home appointments.

Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, training, and branch meetings.

Attend technical measurement appointments/install and support the sales project process—including documentation, order changes, discounting guidelines, and staying in contact with homeowners.

Use required company‑designated software, systems, and technology tools, and comply with all related usage, security, and confidentiality policies.

The duties and responsibilities described above are not all encompassing; additional assignments may be required.

Minimum Qualifications

Strong persuasive skills and ability to overcome objections and close sales.

Excellent interpersonal communication skills and a passion for providing a world‑class homeowner experience.

Values collaboration and builds strong working relationships with all key stakeholders.

Ability to work independently with little direct supervision.

Positive mental attitude and driven to exceed goals in a competitive industry.

Basic computer and iPad skills.

Must have a valid state motor vehicle operator's license and/or ability to obtain an in‑home state license.

Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 53 pounds from ground to tabletop level, and sit, walk, reach at waist level, and climb stairs frequently.

Meet and maintain company sales metrics and performance expectations.

High school diploma or equivalent required, OR minimum 2 years of experience.

Pay Range $23.95 – $34.75
