Our client, a growing home services company with an office in Columbia, MD, is looking for a Director to spearhead and manage all digital paid media initiatives!
Responsibilities
Develop and execute B2C paid media campaigns across search, display, social, and other digital platforms.
Support budget forecasting and tracking for paid media.
Responsible for optimizing PPC campaigns across all channels.
Conduct A/B testing and review campaign data to make informed strategic changes and achieve higher ROI.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment with SEO and other teams.
Manage, mentor, and motivate a small team.
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in paid media campaign management is required; experience in B2C is a must!
A bachelor's degree is required for this role.
Experience managing high-value monthly paid media budgets.
Excellent analytical skills with strong detail orientation.
About the Role
Salary range of $150K-$160K with annual bonus potential.
