Senior Product Marketing Manager
Position is for a Senior Product Marketing Manager, core positioning: 1. Deeply connect Marketing (MKT) and Business Development (BD), ensuring that marketing communication (online and offline) plans efficiently support business objectives, while leading the team to build a scientific and easy-to-understand product communication framework to help customers better understand and use the product. 2. Focus on drug and small molecule R&D, supported by a scientific background, and promote the monetization process of small molecules and related products in the European and American markets through systematic market planning, cross-regional resource integration, and precise technical communication. Responsibilities
Coordinate brand marketing work in North America and Europe As the core hub of MKT, it connects the marketing, sales, product, and applied science teams to ensure in-depth synergy between brand promotion plans and BD needs (including supporting the BD team with customer industry trend analysis and product competitive advantage narratives). Establish the “Applied Scientist + Marketing” framework, design communication content from the perspective of “better product usability” (distilling core functional value of software in small molecule R&D scenarios) and guide the team to produce materials such as technical whitepapers and case studies. Coordinate marketing resources across the US and European markets to ensure strategic alignment between the two regions (unified brand perception and shared success stories) while considering regional market differences. Overall manage international biopharmaceutical-related R&D field conferences, match conference scenarios with target customers, develop differentiated promotion content (e.g., small molecule screening technology, drug molecular design software), and oversee the full-process implementation and organization of conferences. Take primary responsibility for product marketing in the small molecule field: lead formulation of marketing activity plans for small molecule and other drug R&D-related products in the European and American markets, clarify core objectives and implementation paths for different stages. Coordinate external publicity strategy for products, convey the technical value and application scenarios through official website, industry media, and social media. Build promotional and educational tools for product applications: address compatibility issues during customer probation, collaborate with product team to optimize application instructions and user guides, and regularly organize product feature introduction webinars to address customer pain points. Qualifications
Professional background and technical knowledge: hold a doctoral or master's degree in relevant sciences (medicinal chemistry, molecular biology, pharmacology, etc.), in-depth understanding of drug and small molecule R&D processes, technical knowledge of computational chemistry software, drug R&D auxiliary tools; able to interpret technical principles and application scenarios accurately. More than 5 years of experience in brand marketing and small molecule product marketing. Excellent resource integration capabilities and ability to coordinate internal and external resources to support BD business.
