Growth Marketer (Founding) – B2B SaaS – AI MarTech
Intalex is partnered with a fast‑growing B2B SaaS company in the AI MarTech / AI Search Visibility space to hire a Founding Growth Marketer (Bay Area, hybrid, very flexible). This role is a unique opportunity for a hands‑on growth marketer who loves experimenting and wants a true founding seat.
Base pay range $150,000.00/yr – $250,000.00/yr (equity included)
Location San Francisco, CA (hybrid)
Responsibilities
Build the infrastructure for brand attribution in the age of LLMs
Build a platform for monitoring and actioning improvements across AI search
Build inbound demand from scratch as the first growth marketing hire
Run growth experiments across paid and organic channels, and measure what works
Own socials and help run monthly in‑person events
Work closely with the CEO on messaging and new growth channels
Qualifications
✅ Experience in demand generation / growth marketing at a Series A–C B2B startup
Curious, fast learner, and comfortable operating in a lean, high‑ownership environment
