Zappos is looking for a Site Marketing Associate to join our Brand Marketing team to support the strategic planning and execution of our daily site content, editorial initiatives, and sitewide promotions. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, customer-focused, and have an ability to partner across teams successfully and effectively.

The role is 100% onsite in office (Madison, WI or New York).

Key Job Responsibilities

Drive site content calendar planning and implementation in partnership with key stakeholders across Zappos.

Coordinate marketing plans for major sitewide promotions, including asset management and creative brief development.

Support COOP marketing program through strategic calendar planning.

Partner with Editorial, Creative, Web Content Development, and Merchandising teams to execute daily site content.

Develop and manage creative briefs for site content initiatives and promotional campaigns.

Build and QA sitewide promotions using internal tools to ensure accurate execution.

Maintain quality control through daily site content reviews across all customer-facing platforms.

Generate actionable insights from content and campaign performance to inform future planning.

Contribute to process improvements for calendar planning and content workflows.

Partner with cross-functional teams to implement content best practices and optimization recommendations.

Basic Qualifications

2+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.

Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables).

Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, fostering seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a tight schedule environment.

Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.).

Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges.

Experience in the fashion industry.

Experience using data and trends to articulate business needs or equivalent.
