Zappos is looking for a Site Marketing Associate to join our Brand Marketing team to support the strategic planning and execution of daily site content, editorial initiatives, and sitewide promotions. The right candidate will be detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and able to partner across teams successfully.
The role is 100% onsite at our office in Madison, WI or New York. The Associate will assist in managing site content and strategy planning, working closely with Editorial, Creative (Design & Art Direction), Content Development, Buying, Merchandising, Marketing, and Tech teams.
Key job responsibilities
Drive site content calendar planning and implementation in partnership with key stakeholders across Zappos
Coordinate marketing plans for major sitewide promotions, including asset management and creative brief development
Support COOP marketing program through strategic calendar planning
Partner with Editorial, Creative, Web Content Development, and Merchandising teams to execute daily site content
Develop and manage creative briefs for site content initiatives and promotional campaigns
Build and QA sitewide promotions using internal tools to ensure accurate execution
Maintain quality control through daily site content reviews across all customer‑facing platforms
Generate actionable insights from content and campaign performance to inform future planning
Contribute to process improvements for calendar planning and content workflows
Partner with cross‑functional teams to implement content best practices and optimization recommendations
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of professional non‑internship marketing experience
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables)
Experience in a marketing role
Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience managing multiple projects and priorities across teams in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, to foster seamless interaction with stakeholders at all levels
Experience in complex problem solving and working in a tight‑schedule environment
Experience in a fast‑paced and highly cross‑functional organization
Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint
Experience in problem solving and delivering results
Experience communicating and presenting to senior leadership
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with a Content Management System (e.g., WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.)
Experience using integrated campaigns to solve brand/business challenges
Experience in the fashion industry
Experience using data and trends to articulate business needs or equivalent

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $54,400 per year in our lowest geographic market up to $116,300 per year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
