Senior Project Coordinator, Communications
Location: Bridgewater, NJ Type: Contract Contractor Work Model: Hybrid Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred (operations, business administration, communications, or related) 10+ years' experience in a multi-disciplinary environment; pharma/biotech preferred Strong coordination, analysis, initiative, flexibility, and recordkeeping skills Excellent written and verbal communication across geographies and levels Digital-first mindset; comfort with web-based and digital tools Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, OneNote, Forms) Experience with Genmab tools preferred (Concur, Workday, Veeva) Responsibilities Provide senior-level administrative and project support to the SVP, Communications & Corporate Affairs Manage complex calendars, meetings, travel, expenses (Concur), and reimbursements Support department budgeting, POs, invoices, vendor agreements, and contracting Coordinate onboarding/offboarding and maintain departmental files and records Support internal communications projects and event planning (meetings, retreats, conferences) Liaise cross-functionally and with Executive Assistants for executive travel/events Create/edit Word, PowerPoint, and Excel materials Serve as SharePoint site owner/administrator for department collaboration tools Track milestones, draft agendas/minutes, and manage action items Proactively manage workflows, anticipate conflicts, and meet deadlines Represent the department with professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail System One, and its subsidiaries including Joul, ALTA IT Services, and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
