Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and results‑driven Marketing Manager to lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for innovation within the healthcare or technology sectors. You will create impactful campaigns, generate leads, and increase brand awareness while maintaining a strong presence in both the dental and 3D printing industries.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
4+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a digital marketing role.
Experience in the dental, medical, or 3D printing industries is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
Proven ability to manage and execute multi‑channel marketing campaigns from start to finish.
Exceptional communication, writing, and editing skills.
Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools (Google Analytics, HubSpot, etc.).
Creative, strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset.
Responsibilities
Strategic Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to refine marketing plans and ensure business growth.
Collaborate with product, sales, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Campaign Management
Design and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms (social media, email, paid ads, SEO, etc.) to engage dental professionals and dental labs.
Oversee the creation of content, including website copy, blog posts, email newsletters, and social media content.
Measure and report on campaign performance, adjusting tactics to optimize return on investment (ROI).
Brand Management
Ensure consistent brand messaging and positioning across all marketing channels.
Develop and manage marketing materials, including brochures, product videos, white papers, and case studies.
Maintain and enhance the company’s online presence, ensuring the website, social media, and other digital platforms are up‑to‑date and optimized.
Develop and implement lead generation strategies, including paid advertising, email marketing, and webinars.
Work closely with the sales team to create marketing collateral that supports the sales process.
Optimize lead nurturing workflows, using data to improve conversion rates.
Event Planning & Partnerships
Coordinate and manage industry events, conferences, and webinars to promote brand awareness and generate leads.
Develop relationships with key dental industry influencers and partners to enhance brand recognition.
Budget Management & Reporting
Manage the marketing budget, ensuring resources are allocated effectively across campaigns and initiatives.
Track and analyze marketing performance metrics and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
Skills
Fast Learner – Gain familiarity with dental aligner solutions or orthodontic practices after one month’s training. Be passionate about staying updated on the latest industry trends, competitors, and product knowledge.
Communication and Presentation Skills – Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to deliver product demonstrations, articulate value propositions, negotiate contracts, and respond to customer inquiries.
Team Player – Collaborate with various internal teams, such as Product, Sales, and Customer Success Team, to ensure customer satisfaction and meet sales objectives.
