Location: San Jose, CA
Pay range: $35.00/hr – $39.30/hr
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns within the Apple App Store and Google Play Store with the goal of increasing downloads and conversion.
Source and coordinate event creatives to ensure on‑brand visuals for App Stores and related channels.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with the Studio Team, Product Marketing, and Product teams to gather updates, feedback, and secure asset approvals.
Maintain and update asset libraries for app store creatives, including screenshots, icons, and preview videos.
Track development schedules and roadmap timelines for various assets.
Manage calendars for store events aligned with product feature launches, promotional activities, and seasonal updates.
Coordinate and prepare localized asset updates, ensuring cultural relevance and compliance with app store review guidelines.
Handle end‑to‑end publishing processes for multiple apps on App Store Connect and Google Play Console.
Ensure all submissions meet platform guidelines and adhere to required timelines.
Contribute to monitor, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives within the app stores.
Prepare reports from analytics tools to summarize data and communicate findings.
Required Skills
At least 2‑4+ years of experience in a Marketing/Project Management related role, ideally around mobile products. Fast‑learner & supportive teammate.
Familiarity with design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Figma) and program management tools (Workfront, Airtable, etc.).
Proven ability to lead cross‑functional initiatives, with strong project management skills and attention to detail.
Outstanding organization, communication and collaboration abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects strictly within deadlines.
Interest in creative technology and mobile landscape.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
