Senior Recruiter | Enterprise Talent Services Our client, a leader in

financial tax software , is looking to hire a

Service Designer .

This is a hybrid role that will be onsite 3x per week in San Diego, CA.

This job is a 7-month W2 contract role with benefits & paid holidays!

As a

Service Designer , you will be responsible for

leading the scoping, planning, and delivery of service design projects

for mid-market customers. You'll have the chance to bring your expertise in Service Design to

drive vision and strategy for a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment in the SaaS world!

Responsibilities

Design experience or ecosystem maps, user journeys and service blueprints, interaction models, process flows, storyboards, and prototypes

Clearly articulate an end-to-end service

and experience to teams across the organization to

achieve broad understanding, buy-in, and alignment

Identify common patterns and behaviors

across services, using this information to

create durable and reusable solutions

Foster strong cross-functional relationships with the research and design teams

and other units such as service experience management, business system analytics, product management, and service delivery

Desired Skills & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Human Interaction Design, Product Design, or relevant field

8+ years of experience

in

Interaction Design, Product Design, Service Design

or related field

Working knowledge of designing in

Figma, Sketch, and/or the Adobe Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, etc.) .

Experience with collaboration tools such as

Figjam, Miro, or Mural

Must have a creative online portfolio that demonstrates your strengths in service design!
