Location: Philadelphia, PA, US, 19103 Career Area: Facilities The Marketing Specialist supports menu innovation, brand messaging, and customer-facing programs across the Amtrak Food & Beverage operation. This role helps bring new culinary initiatives to life, strengthens the guest experience, and ensures clear, consistent communication with both internal teams and Amtrak partners. The position requires strong organization, project coordination, and the ability to work across a wide network of stakeholders. Job Responsibilities

Develop, support, and execute marketing materials, presentations, and client-facing collateral to enhance program visibility and customer engagement, leveraging Aramark processes. Assist with campaign development, menu rollouts, product storytelling, and promotional initiatives tied to new culinary programs, seasonal offerings, and First Class experiences. Partner with Culinary Development Chef, Operations, Supply Chain, and the Business Resource Center (BRC) to gather inputs and ensure accuracy and alignment across all content. Support trend research, competitive assessment, and insights development related to food, beverage, design, and Northeast Corridor (NEC) as well as regional dining trends. Prepare and deliver clear, professional presentations for Amtrak stakeholders, including menu previews, promotional updates, and program summaries. Maintain project timelines, support cross-functional workflows, and track required deliverables. Support ad-hoc marketing needs, including signage, LTOs, combo materials, briefs, graphics, and both digital and print communication tools. Build working relationships with external partners such as Amtrak Marketing, Stephen Starr's team, restaurant collaborators, and other brand partners. Qualifications

Well organized, patient, and comfortable managing detailed timelines. Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word). Ability to collaborate across Aramark lines of business and navigate a matrixed environment. Versed in NEC and regional food trends, menu design, and current restaurant landscape. Experience working with culinary teams and understanding of product costing and scalability concepts. Ability to travel along the NEC as the primary focus, with additional U.S. travel as needed. Comfort working with external partners, including chefs and marketing teams outside Aramark. Experience in airline catering or flight kitchen environments is a strong plus. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or equivalent preferred. 5+ years of marketing, foodservice, hospitality, or menu-related experience. Project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple workstreams simultaneously. Requires 50% of travel within the Northeast Region.
