The UX Product Director will play a pivotal role in ensuring a unified and cohesive user experience across Pfizer’s digital products. This role will oversee the creation, deployment and evolution of Pfizer’s marketing design system, acting as its primary owner and advocate. This will streamline the cross-channel application of the Pfizer brand across our existing email and website design systems, ensuring consistency, scalability and content reuse across additional platforms and channels. Reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Marketing UX, this role will provide strategic oversight and program leadership to unify design efforts, optimize workflows, and elevate Pfizer’s customer engagement ecosystem. The Director will work closely with UX, brand, product and development teams to drive the adoption and continuous evolution of a centralized design system strategy, manage the roadmap, and document guidelines. In addition, they will be responsible for providing training and support to internal teams and AORs and communicating the design system's value to stakeholders. They will play an important role in aligning the design system with Pfizer’s business goals and keeping the organization updated on industry trends.
