Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end social media strategies and campaigns from brief to launch across platforms, supporting Citi products, services, and partnership across paid, owned, and earned channels. Develop clear briefs for agency parents and oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals. Partner with media teams to plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns. Manage legal reviews and compliance for all social content. Deliver reporting and insights to senior leadership and partners, highlighting impact and opportunities. Foster cross-functional collaboration to integrate social into prioritized marketing initiatives. Drive innovation by adopting emerging platforms and creative strategies. Identify and implement process efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities. Requirements

5–8 years of experience managing social media programs (brand or agency); financial services experience a plus. Deep knowledge of social media trends, best practices, and platform capabilities. Strong creative vision with attention to detail. Analytical mindset with expertise in social KPIs and influencer metrics. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate cross-functionally. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Experience working with social media management platforms.
