Base pay range $150,000.00/yr – $211,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

Own and drive the content strategy for one or more scaled editorial programs within Facebook.

Lead end-to-end content production cycle, from topic alignment to launch.

Report on content marketing effectiveness, driving optimizations.

Bridge editorial efforts with go-to-market prioritization and brand narrative.

Partner with cross‑functional teams across product, brand marketing, creative agencies, consumer insights, and more.

Surface global content trends and conversations to push forward editorial approach.

Represent the In-App Content Team to broader Facebook and Marketing orgs.

Minimum Qualifications

7+ years of experience building scaled content for global consumer brands at tech or media companies.

Experience building editorial programs from the ground up.

Creative strategy and copywriting experience.

Ability to thrive in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments while ensuring execution.

Track performance, report results, implement optimizations and innovate.

Strong collaboration, communication, and influence cross‑functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

Deep understanding of Facebook as a brand and product.

BA/BS in marketing, journalism, or related field.

Global brand content experience across multiple markets.
